Josh began competitively swimming at age 7 and continued racing until reaching the Florida High School State finals 10 years later. He ran for the Flagler College (class of '92) cross-country team and has been running competitively ever since. He has won numerous events at the regional, national and international level of lifeguard competitions. In 2002 he earned a bronze medal in the Rescue Tube Race at the World’s Ocean Rescue Championship and was recognized by the St. Johns County Board of Commissioners for his performance.
Also a health teacher, Josh is in his 14th year of teaching at Sebastian Middle School, and greatly enjoys teaching the importance of maintaining one's health and wellness. Josh is the Wellness Coordinator for Sebastian Middle School and is one of six members of the St. Johns County School District's Wellness Steering Committee.
In addition to coaching, teaching and training, Josh writes a monthly column in St. Augustine's Old City LIFE Magazine. The column covers fitness and health related topics.
In an effort to encourage wellness in the community, Josh offers health and fitness seminars locally to employers and groups upon request.
The time Josh spends with his students and clients is when healthy habits are instilled and nurtured; and when lifestyles are enriched.

Rebecca has a degree in Advertising Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. Rebecca is certified in CPR, Red Cross First Aid and Heart Saver AED. She has been active in sports from T-ball on up and played softball for 8 years. Rebecca started running in 2001 and enjoys racing in 5K runs with her family and friends. She ran two 5Ks during her third pregnancy and credits exercise during pregnancy as well as healthy food choices with much of the success of her weight loss. She also understands the constraints women have to find time for themselves and encourages women to exercise, just for you!
A self taught cook, Rebecca has spent much of the past several years in the kitchen. She has spent a lot of time working on proper nutrition with a goal of feeding her family healthy, fresh meals. Through the support of friends and family and an incredible amount of research, Rebecca has learned to make healthy homemade soups, breads, dinners, desserts and much more. This is now a passion for Rebecca and she is eager to share her love of tasty and healthy food with you. Rebecca recently started a line of organic cakes and cupcakes called "Sweet by Nature". Traditions are important to the Romaine Family, so eating well is right up there on the top of the list!
